The scanning projection light source (infrared VCSEL, invisible light) and the fill light (LED cold light source) around the scanning lens are all low-energy light sources. When scanning the human body, the supplementary light system can be turned off to enter the LED-OFF mode, and the scanning process is more comfortable.

Strong adaptability to the light environment
Infrared VCSEL structure light helps iReal 2E have better adaptability to the light environment that means you can have a direct scan capture 3D data whether in the dark room or in the outdoor with sunlight.
Large wide-angle field of view (FoV), up to 580 mm x 550 mm, allows for fast and accurate scanning of medium to large-size items.
iReal 2E color 3D scanner has 720mm of scanning depth of field, giving the operation process more freedom and sets fewer requirements for users.
Using a new generation of 3D sensors and algorithm optimization system, the data collection speed is as high as 1,500,000 points per second.

Remove overlapping layers
The human body is flexible, the body will have a slight action or wobbling during scanning that would cause multiple data on the same parts. Most of the conventional algorithms cannot support normal alignment or mislayers. As one of the professional 3D body scanners in the market, iReal 3D uses a non-rigid surface fitting algorithm that can automatically remove multiple sets of data caused by slight shaking and finally align data together, which significantly reduces the cost of data restoration.

① When the item has continuous, non-repetitive, rich and varied geometric features/texture features, it can be directly scanned without sticking markers.
② Maximum size of a single scan: recommended not to exceed 4 m. If the item size or data is too large, it can be registered after part scanning.

iReal 2E handheld 3d scanner adopts structured light scatter decoding technique, which is a method of optical measurement based on the triangulation principle. It involves projecting a non-periodic random digital scatter onto the object surface, and the morphology of the random digital scatter is then modulated by the information on the object surface. Due to the randomness of the digital scatter, the height information of any point on the object surface can be uniquely determined by the tiny field of the scatter image there, and thus the 3D information of the object surface can be accurately measured. The 3D point cloud data (.asc/.ply) of the object surface is obtained by scanning and stitching from multiple angles, and then the point cloud is reconstructed to form a triangular mesh by the meshing algorithm, and the 3D model of the object (.stl/.obj) is obtained.

Dell G15 (CPU processor with Intel i7 standard voltage; memory needs to be purchased/increased to 32G/64G by yourself).
Note: iReal 2E does not come with a computer, you need to purchase it yourself. It is recommended to use the brands and models recommended by us to avoid instability during scanning. When scanning items over 2 m and the resolution ≤ 0.5mm, the computer memory is recommended to increase to 64G and above.
